Terms and Conditions Delivery: Standard UK Delivery is £4.99 Your order should reach you within 2-3 working days but please allow 7 working days before contacting us. Shipping to Mainland Europe is £14.99 Returns/Refunds/Cancellations:
We endeavor to provide the best products and service and hope that you are happy with all of your purchases. If the products you recieve are not what you ordered or defective you may return them within 14 days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorised by ourselves before they can be sent back. Please contact us in writing, via email or phone the store so that we can ascertain that your item(s) warrants sending back. We will then take you through our returns proceedure, this includes issuing you with a returns number. Any Items recieved by ourselves that have not complied with this returns proceedure will not be accepted. All item(s) to be must be in "as new" condition, with all original packaging, labeling and accompanied by a full receipt*. We cannot accept goods back that have been worn, washed or used**.Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) are the responsiblity of the customer. We cannot accept any responsibilty for any returned goods whilst they are in the postal system. We therefore recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature and insures your returned goods for their retail value. Please ensure all items are securely packed in appropriate packaging. Once recieved we will offer an exchange, credit note or in some cases a refund for the item's retail value. You can also exchange goods at our store, just remember to bring your receipt. *DVDs, CDs, books and all other forms of media items cannot be accepted unless returned sealed. Magazines, decks (once griptape is applied) and complete skateboards (once assembled) cannot be returned. **When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, deodorant, aftershave/perfume or other such products that could mark or affect the item. Footwear must be tried on whilst wearing socks on a clean, dry surface (preferably on carpet). We cannot accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Faulty Goods: Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us, adhering to the same returns policy stated above. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or a full refund. Due to the nature of skateboarding, breaking or cracking a board is quite a normal (and frustrating) occurance. Unfortunately broken or cracked boards cannot be accepted as faulty.
